Most decor items are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 days. Larger furniture pieces may take 2-3 weeks for specialized freight delivery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer international shipping for home goods?
Currently, RIS Store ships to the contiguous United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home products?
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
